OPERATION ENCORE
February 2024 - Waterfront Hall
FRSNI were delighted to co-ordinate “Operation Encore”, a live evacuation simulation at the Waterfront Hall and ICC.
By creating different scenarios, the exercise provided a robust test of the venue’s evacuation procedures, in a safe and controlled environment, which tested staff’s understanding of the systems. Each of the scenarios throughout the evening exercise were based on realistic incidents.
OPERATION FALLOUT
February 2023 - Ulster Hall
The aim of Operation Fallout was to recreate a typical Ulster Hall evening, where a concert would be taking place in the main hall. It’s intention was to test the reaction, response, and preparedness of the BWUH staff to a range of incidents.
The exercise replicated the circumstances that could occur at a live event and included attendees who required assistance to evacuate.
